This qualification will enable you to recognise a range of mental health conditions and develop the skills and confidence to be able to start supportive conversations and signpost to appropriate professional help. In addition to this, you will be able to put a first aid action plan for mental health in place as well as implementing a positive mental health culture in the workplace.
